Frequently asked questions
Is there an account?
No. Everything is stored on your device. There is no account to create or sign in to.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Courses, quizzes, and weekly coach game plans work offline. You will need an internet connection to download the app or email support.
Will I lose progress?
Progress and game plans are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data. The app does not offer account-based sync or its own cloud backup. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data depending on your settings.
Does it cost anything?
Field Vision IQ is free to download, with no ads.
How do I delete my app data?
On iPhone, go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Field Vision IQ → Delete App. Choose Delete App, not Offload App, to remove the app and its local data. Copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings.
How do I report a problem?
Email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
